With a passion for real estate, I have owned/operated apple orchards and vineyards in the Niagara Region, owned/developed a 10-acre commercial property in Oakville and personally traded in condos and residential properties. I have acted as a general contractor – building my own home, as well as overseen many personal major renovations.

Most of my early career was spent in the investment industry as a senior partner and director of several brokerage firms. I have owned a TSX seat and operated my own brokerage firm for many years, negotiated numerous transactions and raised capital for many Canadian businesses.

With a sense of social responsibility:

• I served as Vice Chair of Habitat for Humanity Halton, with responsibility for land acquisition.
• I currently volunteer as a business mentor for the Futurpreneur Canada (formerly Canadian Youth Business Foundation)
